GenerosityQB helps tax-exempt organizations turn gifts already recorded in QuickBooks Online into professional year-end donation letters—PDFs donors can keep for their tax records, or emails sent on your behalf.

You stay in control of your books: we load sales receipts live from QuickBooks when you open a tax year. We do not store donor gift lists, addresses, or gift history. Letter wording and branding live in Report builder; optional payment unlocks only remember which donors you’ve paid for so clean (non-watermarked) PDFs and email stay available.

Report builder — write the thank-you letter, set organization name/address, and choose what appears on each PDF.
Donation reports — pick a tax year, load donors from QuickBooks, unlock as needed ($1 per donor, $5 minimum), then download PDFs or email letters.

Built for churches, charities, foundations, and other 501(c)(3) nonprofits that already track donations as sales receipts in QuickBooks Online. GenerosityQB is independent software—not an Intuit product.

If you unlock donors, we only keep a simple record of which people you’ve paid for (for that company and tax year) so clean PDFs and email stay available — not their gifts, addresses, or emails.
